After-sales Service 1. Post-Sale Service Our motors undergo stringent inspections before delivery. Warranty coverage will become void under the following conditions, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer: 1.1 Damage resulting from incorrect operation, improper propeller matching, or wire and phase short circuits. 1.2 Damage caused by user-initiated testing, modifications, disassembly, case opening, or adjustments, and similar actions. 1.3 Damage resulting from non-standard use, including but not limited to impacts, crashes, collisions, and exposure to liquids. 1.4 Damage caused by accidents. 1.5 Damage resulting from natural disasters such as fires, earthquakes, or lightning strikes. 1.6 Damage resulting from illegal or inappropriate use. 1.7 Damage caused by overloading. 1.8 Malfunctions or damage unrelated to product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality. 1.9 Warranty period expiration. 1.10 Normal mechanical wear and tear. 2. Return & Exchange Service 2.1 Return Service - If the product received does not meet the specified requirements and the packaging is in good condition, it can be returned (with VCIHOBBY covering the freight fees). - If the product has a quality issue that prevents normal use, it can be returned (with VCIHOBBY covering the freight fees). 2.2 Exchange Service - If the packaging is in good condition, we can exchange the product free of charge, but the customer will be responsible for the freight fees. Note: If you need to initiate a return, we will contact the customer to process the refund within 7 business days of receiving the product. 2.3 Returns and exchanges are not supported under the following conditions: - Returns requested beyond 7 days from the date of delivery. - The product was not supplied by us, or the product itself has no quality issues.
